About Arganlys · Since 2024
Born from Moroccan secrets
The beauty rituals of Moroccan women, shared with the world.
Our story
How Arganlys began

-

Chapter one
Grown up with the hammam
Ouissal grew up in Morocco, where beauty is a weekly ritual: steam, black soap, the kessa glove and Nila, passed from mother to daughter.
-

Chapter two
A secret worth sharing
Living in Europe, her friends kept asking about her glowing skin. Her answer never changed.
“It’s our Moroccan secrets!”
-

Chapter three
A market full of imitations
But authentic Moroccan beauty products were hard to find abroad, and many were imitations of uncertain origin and quality.
-

Chapter four
So she made her own
In 2024, Ouissal created Arganlys: real Moroccan rituals, made in Morocco and ISO 22716 certified.

Our heritage
A centuries-old blue.
Nila is a blue powder made from indigo leaves. In the Sahara, women traditionally used it in their skincare rituals. In Moroccan hammams, it is still part of the ritual, and brides use it before their wedding for a fresh, luminous look.
It was never a trend. It was simply what Moroccan women did.
Long before it was skincare, it was what our mothers taught us.

Our hero ingredient
Nila, at the heart of every ritual
We pair Nila with argan oil to help skin look brighter, smoother and more even. Gentle enough for a weekly ritual.
Rooted in the hammam
Where care becomes ceremony.
For centuries, the hammam has been more than a bathhouse in Morocco. It is a place of community and care: steam to open the skin, black soap to soften it, the kessa glove to smooth it.
A weekly ritual, passed through generations. Arganlys brings it to your shower at home.
