How can I contact Arganlys?
Email contact.arganlys@gmail.com or use the contact form on this page. The Arganlys team usually replies within 24–48 business hours; including your order number helps us answer faster.
My order arrived damaged or with the wrong item. What should I do?
Email contact.arganlys@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, your order number and a short description of the problem. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days, and approved refunds take 7–10 business days to process.
My order has not arrived yet. Who should I contact?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered across Morocco by our courier, Sendit. If your parcel is late or seems lost, email contact.arganlys@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you resolve it with Sendit.
Can Arganlys help me choose the right products for my skin?
Yes. Write to us with your skin concern, for example dark underarms, strawberry legs or preparing for your wedding, and we will suggest a ritual. You can also take the ritual finder quiz for an instant recommendation.
How can my store, spa or hammam stock Arganlys?
Email contact.arganlys@gmail.com with your business name, city and type of store. Arganlys already works with concept stores, pharmacies, parapharmacies and studios in Casablanca, Rabat, Agadir and Tétouan.
